Lil. Lily-locks. Lily of the Valley. Just some of the special nicknames for Lily. She is one of a kind. Lily is either full of energy, running around and singing, or sitting on the couch with her blanket. She loves to read books with Mom. She loves to do puzzle dates with Dad. She loves to sing and watch movies. She loves to take a bath at night. She loves to eat cereal in the morning. If she misses her morning bowl of cereal and has something else instead, she'll eventually ask for cereal in the day to make up for that missed morning bowl. Lily loves to play on the swing set, but if it is too sunny, she either puts on her sunglasses or comes inside. Lily is good at making Teresa laugh. Lily is patient with Isaac when they are playing and he doesn't understand her instructions. Lily loves animals and if we are at a house that owns a dog, she will spend the entire time playing with the dog. Lily loves to explore other people's house. Aunt Rachel coined the name Lily-locks because she is like Goldilocks; she loves to try out new beds and will often climb up on beds in stores or someone's house to check them out. She still sleeps in her toddler bed and says she's scared to move to a bigger bed. She likes to move her bed around, sometimes wanting it in the pink room, sometimes the yellow room.
